As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made. We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 15 days of your purchase if you are unable to get the theme to install properly on your website or if the theme fails to perform the basic functions as designed.
If you are having an issue with a product and for that reason decide not to use it, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 15 days of your purchase. Beyond the 15 days, we will not be able to provide any refund.
For a refund to be granted, you must first submit a request explaining what issues you are having with our product and allow reasonable time for us to help fix the issues.
If you simply decide that you do not want to use the purchased product anymore, we will not process a refund. We are committed to supporting our products and helping with any issues you’re having. We also expect you to know what you are purchasing and why.
Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. No refunds will be given after 15 days from the initial purchase. Please note that by purchasing the themes and plugin, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
Before request a refund from Theme 404, you must do the following:
- Read and follow the documentation or check video tutorials (if available )that we provide with each product.
- Confirm that your server meets the specifications laid out in the requirements for the product and WordPress in general [https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/].
- Open a new support ticket with our support staff if you are still experiencing problems
